We hope you will all appreciate the efforts of our committee to ensure that the events you attend are made as safe as possible for all. Be safe and be kind.
Entries & Competitors
• Reminder – please be considerate of other riders warming up and riding their tests. Pass LEFT HAND to LEFT HAND in warm up areas.
• All riders should be fully fit to ride to the conditions, any flu like symptoms and the rider is advised to scratch.
• Results will be available on Evo Events and will be displayed at venue.
• Masks can be used if any wishes to do so.
• If there is any Bullying or Harassment of any person on site, you will be made to leave the grounds.
• Dogs are welcome on the grounds provided:
- They are on a lead at ALL TIMES
- They do not enter the competition arenas or warm up arenas
- All faeces are promptly removed by the person responsible
- The stewards and OC retain the right to request the immediate removal of any dog and its handler at anytime throughout the period of the event.
Stables & Yards/Vehicle Parking/Camping
Please be respectful of others in the stables, yards areas and cark parks area. Please do not leave items (wheelbarrows, shovels, saddles, gear etc) where they may be a hazard for others. All manure must be deposited in the designated areas for this. ALL yard and stables MUST be left clean and tidy.
Cleaning and Hygiene
All toilets will be cleaned before and sanitized during the show. There will be soap and sanitiser available within this area. Everyone should supply their own sanitiser as well and practice best hygiene measures, particularly washing and drying of hands. Please let one of the organising committee know if these areas are not up to standard.
First Aid
Any fall from a horse must be checked out by a first aider BEFORE re-mounting. Please see a steward if you need to ask for a later time for your test because of a fall / first aid requirement.
Catering
All food and drink will be served by the kitchen staff for Judges and officials.
